Medical Doctors Kidnapped In Kogi Have Been Rescued – Police Pointloaded

The Kogi state police command has confirmed the release of the 2 medical doctors who were kidnapped by un-identified gunmen in different parts of the state on October 6 and 7.

Spokesperson of the police command William Aya said while Ejike Mgbeahurike who was kidnapped from his private clinic in Ayingba was rescued from a bush on Ayingba-Ankpa road in the early hours of Sunday October 11, Doctor Ebiloma who was kidnapped in Ankpa regained his freedom at about 11 p.m. on October 9 when he was released by his abductors.

Aya added that the police has intensified effort to recover Mgbeahurike’s car.
